Sinossi
Sousuke Aikawa is a slacker who prefers to work part-time rather than devote himself to earning a higher education degree. Since he thus has only a meagre income, he lives in a rather run-down apartment building. One day, a lot of noise comes from the flat above him, so he rushes to that flat to find out what is going on. There he meets the actress Sunao Unyuu, who is rehearsing for her role. He points out to the young lady that the walls are rather unstable and that now, after his night shift, he finally wants to sleep. However, he does not get to sleep because Sunao suddenly breaks through his ceiling during her exercises. Fortunately, Sousuke is able to break Sunao’s fall so that she remains mainly unharmed, but the two are now intimately connected by this event. The young landlady, Yuki Shimizu, alerted by the noise, promises to repair the damage soon. As the upper flat is currently no longer habitable, Yuki has to find an inexpensive solution on how to divide three people between the two still usable flats of Sousuke and Yuki …
