Humans are frail. Constantly striving to attain what they lack. That’s why we create such incredible things. Magic is a good example. The desire to fly or shoot fire. Every single spell ever devised is rooted in our dreams of what could be. Magic is limitless. Sorcery is infinitely interesting!

A lion never questions why it was born with fangs and claws, or what it would do without them. Which makes them dull creatures. Totally simplistic. It’s the same with all your attacks. Sure, you have power and plenty of it, but that’s all you’ve got.

Maybe instead of worrying about what’s wrong and right all the time, you could start thinking about what would be more fun.

We live for dreams. Magic’s the stuff of dreams!

I also enjoy the whole process, instead of only admiring the big picture. I enjoy exploring every step of the construction. I’ve read spell books until they fall apart, wondering, “Why is it like this?” “Oh, is that the reason?” Almost like I was solving a riddle. And when I do, it feels like I’m looking at the faces of the ancestors who created it.
