MMDGP is a Japanese production company that also manages several companies and divisions. It was founded in March 2009.

In June 2010, the Japanese animation studio Yaeido Film was transformed into an animation division of MMDGP and renamed Kachidoki Studio.

On October 4, 2023, Tatooine Sound, another subsidiary and recording studio, was founded. In June 2024, Nekodamashi, an advertising company, was added to the group to promote content about cats within the company.
