TV Tokyo MediaNet, Inc. is a Japanese company founded in 1978. Its headquarters are located in the Minato district of the city of Tokyo.

In 1999, the company merged with its sister company, TV Tokyo Software Co., Ltd.

The company operated the TV station AT-X until 2000. However, the TV station was moved to an independent subsidiary, AT-X, Inc., in that year.

The company is a subsidiary of TV Tokyo Corp.
