LY Corporation

LINE Yahoo Corporation (International: LY Corporation) is a Japanese holding company that was founded in October 2023. Its headquarters are located in Chiyoda, Tokyo.

The Japanese companies Z Holding Corporation, LINE Corporation, Yahoo Japan Corporation, Z Entertainment Corporation and Z Data Corporation are combined under the established holding company, which led to the renaming to LY Corporation.

Z Holdings Corporation was a joint venture between the SoftBank Group and the Korean company Naver Corporation and was founded in 2021 after having been announced in 2019. It was created when Yahoo! Japan Corporation was transformed into a holding company.
