J.C.Staff Co., Ltd. is a Japanese animation studio founded on the 18th January 1986 by Tomoyuki Miyata. The headquarters are located in the city of Musushino in Tokyo Prefecture.

The J.C. in the company name stands for Japan Creative. The company launched its first OVA in 1987. In the meantime, the studio mainly produces TV series.

Currently, the company employs 197 people and the current head of the company is Michihisa Abe.
