Kindred Spirits on the Roof is the accompanying manga to Liar Soft’s yuri visual novel Okujou no Yurirei-san. Shinshokan published the series in two volumes which were released simultaneously. Hatishiro drew Kindred Spirits on the Roof and Aya Fumio drew Okujou no Yurirei-san Side B: Nakayoshi Quiz. Amatsu Toi wrote the story for Side B. Seven Seas Entertainment released the series in a single omnibus volume.

Der englische Release des Mangas unter dem Titel Kindred Spirits on the Roof wird in einem einzigen Sammelband herausgegeben. Er umfasst sowohl, den Manga Kindred Spirits on the Roof als auch Okujou no Yurirei-san Side B: Nakayoshi Quiz.
