Keiichirou Kimura was a Japanese animator, character designer and animation director who was born on April 5, 1938, in Numata, Gunma Prefecture. His son is the illustrator Takahiro Kimura.

He founded the animation studio neomedia production in 1969.

Kimura passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 80.

Keiichirou Kimura war ein japanischer Animator, Charakterdesigner und Animationsregisseur, der am 5. April 1938 in Numata, Präfektur Gunma geboren wurde. Sein Sohn ist der Illustrator Takahiro Kimura.
